We, at ibentos are looking for competent and passionate Sales managers/Sales Head, Who can lead and drive the sales division. Self-driven individual , a Go-getter with ability to generate organic, research-based leads, fix appointments and close business deals.
Roles and Responsibilities/ Job description:-
- Formulating sales strategies and driving event sales for company’s products.
- Identifying new business opportunities and turning them into closed deals.
- Conducting market research, event opportunities and relevant contact details as per business needs and approaching them for new business.
- Preparing Product Presentations and Conducting product demonstrations.
- Developing proposals, Negotiating contracts with all terms and conditions and accurately forecasting to management.
- Monitoring competition and developing strategies to maximize market share.
- Working in close partnership with clients and agencies, managing budgets, timelines and project deliverables.
- Consistently achieving Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales targets.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new accounts in order to increase the business revenue.
- Coordinating and overseeing client functions to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
- Candidates should have a successful sales track record.
- 4-5 Yrs. of extensive and hands-on Sales experience in Events (Preferably event Technology, SaaS based or Virtual Product Sales)
- Able to manage multiple activities simultaneously, and re-prioritize efforts withchanging plans.
- Proficient in using CRM, MS office software applications including MS office, Excel, Powerpoint , lead generator tools etc.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication in English language.
- A prior network of clients in this area would be an added advantage.
